Box Hill Family Clinic is a GPA plus accredited general practice. Comprehensive health care to all families and individuals of all ages has been provided at the clinic since 2008. We have 2 locations now and both are located near the Box Hill shopping centre and are easily accessible via public transport. Free parking is available at the back of Elgar Road clinic.

We only Bulk Bill standard consultations for ACTIVE patients who meet all of the following criteria:

• Are registered with MyMedicare,
• Have a pre-booked appointment, and
• Hold a valid Medicare card.

Fees apply to:

• New patients,
• Inactive patients (those who have not visited our clinic in the past 3 years),
• Long consultations and all procedures,
• Non-Medicare cardholders, and
• Patients not registered with MyMedicare.

To qualify for Bulk Billing, please register with MyMedicare at our front desk before your appointment.
